3. Listings and Content
- Landlords: You represent that you have the legal right to list the property. Providing false or misleading information may lead to the removal of your listing.
- Tenants: Listing details are provided by landlords. Rental Dekho is not liable for any factual errors. We strongly recommend a physical inspection of the property before making any payments.
4. Rent Agreement & Payments
- Specific terms of any lease (such as notice period, security deposit, and annual increments) are strictly between the landlord and tenant based on mutual consent.
- Any service fees paid to Rental Dekho are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Security Deposit & Maintenance
- The amount and refund conditions of the security deposit shall be governed by the specific rent agreement signed between the parties.
- The tenant is responsible for any damages caused to the property or outstanding utility bills during the stay.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rental Dekho acts solely as an intermediary. We are not responsible for any breach of contract by either party, physical damage to the property, or disputes arising between the tenant and the landlord.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
